Transfers

All transfers provided by Phuket Taxi Service are private taxi or private van transfers. Vehicles are not shared with other passengers unless clearly stated at the time of booking.

Extension of Stay and Additional Expenses

Any additional expenses incurred due to early arrival, delayed departure, stopovers, accommodation, meals, or waiting time outside the confirmed transfer service are not included in the transfer price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Policy

Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking confirmation. Reservations are only secured once payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are 100 percent non refundable once confirmed.

Refund Policy

No refunds are available after the transfer service has commenced. Any refund-related claims must be submitted in writing to PhuketTaxiService.com within 30 days after the end of the taxi service and must include valid supporting documentation.

Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
